RoleWorking in a small team across all L1-L3 issuesSpending time working on mission-critical infrastructure projectsAutomating anything and everythingContinuing to expand both their on-prem and cloud storage offeringWorking across different OS.Skills3+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer/Systems AdministratorStrong knowledge of automation e.g. PowerShellKnowledge of CitrixGood understanding of the Windows Infrastructure stack (Server, O365, AD)Experience with VMware or Hyper VFamiliarity with storage is a plus (both on-prem and cloud)A Computer Science Degree is heavily advantageous but not essentialExperience in a highly regulated environment (e.g. finance) is a huge plusJob Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer
