The hours of work for this role are generally: 0930-18.30 supporting our Accommodation Department & Public Areas of the Hotel.
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant within our Accommodation Department for an employment opportunity.
What are we looking for?
Available midweek and weekends and flexible with working times and shifts Someone with availability & flexibility long term Excellent presentation, Exceptional Customer service and communication skills, Positive Attitude Good command of the English Language Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage.
Main Responsibilities: To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.
To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.

The role will involve servicing departure rooms, stay over rooms, cleaning of corridors and occasionally cleaning in other areas of the hotel.
