Accounts Technician/ Book Keeper

Aiseiri: Book Keeper / Accounts Technician / Clerical & Admin Aiseiri are now recruiting for Payroll Clerk/ Bookkeeper / Accounts Technician / Clerical & Admin.
This is a full-time position based in Aiseiri Aislinn, Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny.
Key Areas of Work Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Monthly Payroll, TMS systems, Reception Duties, managing phones, liaising at interagency level, organizing travel allowances, sick leave and annual leave, rotas.
Responsibilities & Skills Required: The ideal candidate: Must be proficient in a variety of packages including Sage 50 accounts software, Micropay Software, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Experience in Salesforce and TMS systems desirable.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and they will be responsible for the overall running of reception area including answering phones and redirecting calls as needed, using Outlook, data entry and data base system management.
Previous experience in a similar setting Knowledge of 12 Step Programme and Recovery.
