DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   Receipt, storage and accountability of deliveries (i.e.
test samples) and recording of same using an electronic system.
Document control: processing documents using an electronic system.
Archiving of data Generation of Certificates and Reports, general correspondence, inputting of data, emailing of tests results on a daily basis File all Test Reports in appropriate Client files – responsible for maintaining extensive filing system.
Dealing with day-to-day queries from client base via telephone and email – details passed on to relevant personnel as required.
Generation of Purchase Requisitions and tracking deliveries of same.
PERSON SPEC:   Secretarial or Computer Certificate or equivalent (preferable but not essential) Proven record of working in a busy Administrative environment.
IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to interact with peers effectively.
Be able to deal with people at all levels including internal and external clients.
Strong administration, documentation and analytical skills Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task.
Ability to effectively work as part of a team.
Excellent Organisational skills & Good Time Management Meticulous attention to detail essential Adopt a can-do attitude.
