Teamworx is delighted to be recruiting for a Big Box retailer located north of Cork City. Our client operates 33 retail stores across Munster stretching across counties Limerick, Cork, Tipperary, and Clare.
The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the store. The successful candidate will lead a customer-focused team to fully deliver the required services and support the business and its stakeholders.

Paid Annual Leave (21 days) The requirements for this Store Manager Job: Strong relevant product knowledge/track record in the sale of Agri / DYI / Hardware is a requirement of this role. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues & stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through teamwork, motivation, and real employee engagement. Strong business acumen, customer focus, solutions-focused and commercial awareness. Ability to control and analyze sales performance versus budget. Ability to deliver cost-effective service to maximize sales. Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player. Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager Job: Health and Safety – ensure that safety procedures are known, understood and followed by all colleagues. People Management & Development – Lead and develop your team's capabilities, in line with the client's Core Values. Sales – Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Customer Care – demonstrate the client's commitment to excellence in customer experience. Administration – Oversight and management of cash, wage costs, budgets and systems administration.
