We are currently seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at Farnham Estate.
The role of our Assistant Bar Manager is to oversee our bar staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations and to provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous and quality beverage service to our guests.

In our newly renovated Ballroom, few settings for Cavan weddings are as romantic or beautiful as Farnham Estate Role/Responsibilities: Supervises the bars Completes rosters in line with the business whilst controlling wage cost in line with budget Controls stock and wastage of beverages in the bar and restaurant Maintains knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond properly to guest questions Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e.
