As our business grows, we are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will source, assess, and present suitably interested and qualified candidates to clients within the supply chain sector. Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.Source and engage with candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate databases.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure the right fit for client requirements.Assist with crafting job descriptions and managing job postings across multiple platforms.Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.Conduct market research to stay updated on supply chain trends and talent demands.Support senior consultants in managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.What We're Looking For:We value potential over experience so previous recruitment or supply chain experience, whilst beneficial, is not a deal-breaker. What's most important is your attitude and willingness to learn. You should have:
