We are a small boutique recruitment agency specialising in the Supply Chain industry. We are recognised for our in-depth industry knowledge and personalised service. We connect the best available talent with the best opportunities across freight forwarding, logistics, distribution, and supply chain management. As our business grows, we are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates alike.
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will source, assess, and present suitably interested and qualified candidates to clients within the supply chain sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment while gaining deep insights into a critical and thriving industry. Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.Source and engage with candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate databases.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure the right fit for client requirements.Assist with crafting job descriptions and managing job postings across multiple platforms.Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.Conduct market research to stay updated on supply chain trends and talent demands.Support senior consultants in managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.What We're Looking For:We value potential over experience so previous recruitment or supply chain experience, whilst beneficial, is not a deal-breaker. What's most important is your attitude and willingness to learn. You should have:
1-2 years of retail or telephone-based sales or support experienceA genuine interest in recruitment and the Irish supply chain industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence to present yourself online via video engagement toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.The ability to manage multiple tasks and follow proven procedures.A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.Initiative and self-motivation to succeed.What We Offer:Starting salary of €28,000 plus commission structure.One-to-one training and mentoring from a senior consultant.A friendly, supportive and collaborative work environment.Exposure to the dynamic world of supply chain and logistics in Ireland.If you're ambitious, people-focused, and eager to grow in the recruitment industry, we'd love to hear from you.
