We are looking for full time Bar staff to join our vibrant team at The Gleneagle Hotel & Gleneagle INEC Arena.
You'll get to work in the Gleneagle INEC Arena and other venues and see your favourite artists up close! You will be working with a professional team who are focused on delivering excellent service to our guests.
Previous experience in Bar & Food service is preferred, but you will be paired up with a trainer who will train you to our standards.

The main duties of the bar staff will include: Serving beverages to guests in a variety of bars Comply with all cash handling, stock security policies Greet all of our guests in a warm manner Familiarise yourself with the food and drink products particularly daily specials and local beverages so you can assist your guest in their choices Anticipate the needs of the guest For food service use your knowledge to take accurate orders and work with the kitchen team to serve the meal in a timely manner Participate as part of the team and take pride in your work environment, ensuring that the bar is kept well stocked and to a very high standard of cleanliness Being aware of the beautiful locality in which we live and work and telling our guests about your favourite aspects Experience / Key skills: Previous experience in a bar is essential and experience in a food service environment is an advantage.
