The successful candidate will work closely with the bid and business development teams to ensure high-quality submissions and engaging promotional content.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and prepare tender and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant information and content for bids and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the company's database of project information, case studies, and client references.
• Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.
• Manage social media content and updates on the company website.
• Assist in organizing events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements: • Previous experience in a bid, tender, or marketing coordination role, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
