Billing Analyst – Order Management | Dublin | Hybrid Role
Overview An international tech leader is hiring a Billing Analyst – Order Management to join its fast-paced Revenue Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in order processing, quote-to-cash, and enterprise billing workflows in the software/SaaS sector.
Responsibilities Manage order booking, credit/return processing, and PO validation Work with SAP (ECC, CC, CI), Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics Analyze billing and revenue data using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Support month-end and quarter-end close processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, and Tax Required Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 2+ years in Order Management, Billing Operations, or Revenue Support Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and prioritization skills Fluent in business English Familiarity with contract review, revenue recognition rules, and SaaS sales models Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and global order systems Additional Information If this opportunity interests you, please get in touch via the link attached with an up-to-date CV or contact Neil, our dedicated Consultant, directly in total confidence.
