Business Analyst

Business Analyst Sanderson have teamed up with a leading insurance company to recruit a Business Analyst on a 6-month contract basis.
The successful candidate will join the Transformation area and focus on Sharepoint migrations and compliance with data regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Development: Identify FileShare owners and manage the migration to SharePoint, ensuring data integrity.
Training Creation: Develop training materials and user guides for SharePoint usage.
GDPR Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR regulations and data retention policies.
Data Retention: Produce requirements for data retention processes per regulatory standards.
Pilot Coordination: Assist project managers with planning and resource allocation for pilot programs.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to assess process improvements and analyze the current business landscape.
Process Analysis: Identify and document process issues, recommending improvements.
Project Support: Assist with project management and train team members as needed.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the Life Insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, especially for IT/Digital projects.
Experience running pilot programs and familiarity with technology systems for data gathering.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines effectively.
PMI-PBA or similar certification; PMP/PRINCE II/Agile certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
