In this role, you will be key to cultivating and expanding relationships with a diverse range of coffee-serving establishments across Dublin. You will drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and act as the face of the company in the region. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with a wide array of coffee-serving establishments throughout Dublin, including cafes, restaurants, and other venues serving coffee, to build and sustain strong relationshipsManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closureActive engagement in seeking and applying customer feedback to refine products and services.Act as the face of the company in Dublin, ensuring brand visibility and consistent messaging in all interactions.Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to the Dublin market, aligning with company goals and objectives.Conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs and challenges of foodservice customers, qualify leads, and provide customized solutions.Articulate the company's unique selling points, including product benefits and competitive advantages, to potential clients in the foodservice sector.Address and resolve customer objections with effective solutions that meet their specific needs.Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Work closely with the leadership team to provide market feedback, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth.Develop and refine a standardized sales process tailored for the Dublin market, with the goal of adapting and scaling this process to other regions across Ireland.
