As the company continues to grow, with plans to launch their full product range by the end of 2024, they are looking to strengthen their presence across Dublin. They have a proven track record of competing effectively against major brands and are already establishing a robust presence in Dublin, Cork, and beyond.

To support this expansion, they are seeking a motivated and resourceful Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be key to cultivating and expanding relationships with a diverse range of coffee-serving establishments across Dublin. You will drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and act as the face of the company in the region. Your goal is to convert establishments to our brand offerings and ensure our message is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with a wide array of coffee-serving establishments throughout Dublin, including cafes, restaurants, and other venues serving coffee, to build and sustain strong relationshipsManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closureActive engagement in seeking and applying customer feedback to refine products and services.Act as the face of the company in Dublin, ensuring brand visibility and consistent messaging in all interactions.Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to the Dublin market, aligning with company goals and objectives.Conduct discovery conversations to understand the needs and challenges of foodservice customers, qualify leads, and provide customized solutions.Articulate the company's unique selling points, including product benefits and competitive advantages, to potential clients in the foodservice sector.Address and resolve customer objections with effective solutions that meet their specific needs.Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Work closely with the leadership team to provide market feedback, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth.Develop and refine a standardized sales process tailored for the Dublin market, with the goal of adapting and scaling this process to other regions across Ireland. Key Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably within the coffee or beverage industry in Dublin, Ireland.Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders across different types of establishments.Proactive, goal-driven, and resilient, with a strong passion for coffee and its culture.Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies customized for the Dublin market.Excellent communication skills for clear and prompt interaction with both team members and customers.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).Genuine interest in coffee culture, market trends, and competitor activities.Capability to passionately represent and promote the company's products and offerings.Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and to solve problems effectively.Ability to follow through on commitments, building a strong reputation for dependability.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to enhance sales processes.Organized approach to managing leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.Determination and motivation to achieve sales goals despite challenges and setbacks.Skill in asking targeted questions to uncover customer needs, qualify leads, and handle objections efficiently.
