Business Solutions Consultant - MES Job Summary Extensive knowledge in POMS and comfortable working with users to educate and guide them for a successful deployment of Aquila 2024. Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of deliverables outlined below. Must draw on extensive POMS project experience to ensure the success of the site. Must have the ability to travel at least 25-50%.
Key Responsibilities: Support master data updates as needed. Technical support for local recipe testing. Support impact assessment. Cutover Planning. User Adoption & Training Support. Security model alignment. Master data support. Hypercare. Drive and support the following deliverables: UAT activities SOP updates Training Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Label printers, Scanners Configuration and support. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting. Ability to apply knowledge and expertise to solve complex technical problems. Understand onsite and offshore delivery model and work effectively across teams. Monitor and guide new team members. Support new initiatives on project and overall program. Store and grow knowledge by building and maintaining a repository. Candidate should be capable of working directly with the customer, site, and other stakeholders.
Success is defined as the sites' ability to successfully execute production operations leveraging the upgraded POMSnet Aquila 2024 software with little to NO interruption.
Job Requirements: Essential Skills: POMSNet - Extensive MES Authoring and/or Implementation and GoLive - Strong Pharma Industry IT project experience - Good Pharma Industry IT production support (on floor) experience - Strong cGMP, CSV, GxP - Good .Net - Good Oracle Database - Good Interfaces (like SAP, DCS, etc.) with MES systems - Strong Communication - Extensive Validation - Strong Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SDLS. Nice to Have Skills: C#, Equipment modelling & Material Modelling, OPC/ Kepware interface knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent plus 5-7 years technical experience.
Travel Required: Yes. Must have the ability to travel at least 25-50%.
