Role Overview: Oversees daily café operations, focusing on customer service, staff management,along with us by leading the business towards a more stable, professional, and expandable state. Key Responsibilities Leading and ensuring smooth operations for the day-to-day business, service and cleanliness Developing talents and taking full ownership of leading a young and dynamic team Positioning Strandfifeld as an exemplary place when it comes to quality, guest relations and sustainability Inventory Management: Manages stock levels and supplier relationships. Marketing: Collaborates on promotions and events to attract customers. Skills and Qualifications Previous managerial experience in food and beverage. Experience in building and leading a team Attention to how details feed a bigger vision Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
