Cafe Manager Wildflower Cafe Ratoath

Our sister cafe is looking for a full time manager for our busy daytime cafe 10:00- 5:30; Wildflower Cafe, Ratoath, Co. Meath.
  The manager must be friendly, outgoing, energetic and a real team player.
We are a very popular local cafe with regular customers coming in for all day breakfast, lunch options as well as an ever changing specials board.
Immediate start available and you must be eligible to work full time hours.
Lead of team of baristas, servers and cashiers to enable them to provide an outstanding service to customers across all services, by training, coaching and setting exemplary standards for the business Day to day running of a busy 60 seater cafe to the highest standard Ensuring adequate staffing levels are met in line with rostering requirements.
Oversee all cash management functions.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Ensuring all staff are properly trained in day to day running of the cafe and use of the POS system.
Liaising with the kitchen team about any new menu items or promotions being launched Ensure accurate reporting of sales, waste etc.
Knowledge of Bizimply and barista skills are preferable.
You will become part of the management team where your opinions and ideas will be valued and encouraged.
This is a full-time, permanent job with sociable day-time hours.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience managing a busy cafe or restaurant.
