G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting Part Time Car Park Attendants to cover the busy Christmas period for our client based in Kildare Village.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable and can be available Monday-Sunday, days only.
Full on site training will be provided.
* We can only consider applicants aged 18 and over*Basic Pay: €14.50 per hour, + Sunday Premium.
Main Responsibilities:Greeting customers entering the parking facilityPolitely assisting customers with inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient mannerDirecting drivers and pedestrians and advising on parking areasDemonstrated customer by assisting visitors and providing directions throughout the facilityWelcoming booked visitors to the Visitors' Car Park and ensure appropriate use of the facilitySetting out and stowaway reserved parking cones and signs, as requiredControl event delivery and collection vehicles as requiredControl event car parkingAssisting Security staff with responses to fire alarms/emergencies as requiredTo advise Security staff of any security concerns Maintaining operation at car park and ensure customers get high quality service and satisfactionResponding swiftly to sound of alarm attached to marked vehicles when activated and investigate disturbancesIdentify possible risks at car park and resolve conflict where it arisesEnsuring a safe, hazard free, and clean parking environmentGreeting, assisting and directing members of the public visiting the premises as well as liaising with the clientResponding immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, antisocial behavior, and/or unauthorized access and resolve all issuesMust have the following requirements:Excellent customer service skills to ensure high degree of customer satisfactionFluent English essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, and proactive individualExcellent written and attention to detail skills are essentialBe fully flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday Previous experience in a retail/customer service advisor role desirable but not essential#LI-DNI
