Catering Assistant Ennistymon

We are currently recruiting for a part time Catering Assistant for Ennistymon Community School, Ennistymon, Co. Clare .
Weekly hours are approx 10-15 hours on a 2 day / 3 day rotation.
9.00am - 2.00pm.
Half day every Friday.
Ability to start at 8am for cover purposes an advantage.
This position commences the end of August  and operates around the secondary school calendar .  Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid).
This may appeal to people with school going children.

The role involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes.
Service of small break and lunch and clean down.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
