Catering Assistant

This position is located in Clifden Community College, Clifden, Co Galway, and operates around the secondary school calendar.
This position commences in the end of August.
Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid).
This may appeal to people with school going children.

The position of catering assistant is approx 10 hours per week over 2 days.
Shift approx 8.30am-2.00pm.
Half day Fridays.
The role involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes.
Service of small break and lunch and clean down.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
