DescriptionThe RoleWe're looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team here at The Maryborough Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside talented chefs in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Chef De Partie, you'll support the team by assisting with daily kitchen operations and providing leadership across all sections as needed.
This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. We value continuous learning and professional growth, and you'll be supported in your development by our Executive Chef and team, who bring a wealth of both local and international experience.
