Owned by John and Helen Quinn since 2016, this beautifully refurbished pub and restaurant can host 100 diners, with a modern kitchen at its heart.

The Role We are seeking aChef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team.
Youll play a vital role in delivering a menu that combines traditional pub classics with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, under the guidance of John Quinn.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency HCCAP Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop seasonal menus that cater to our clientele Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in all kitchen operations Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff Requirements: Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment, preferably as a Chef de Partie or similar Passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A team player with excellent communication skills What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to work in a beautiful riverside location with a friendly, supportive team Career progression opportunities in a family-owned business
