Chef de Partie – Clayton Hotel Sligo We have a fantastic new vacancy for Chef de Partie in the excellent Clayton Hotel Sligo. Set on beautiful grounds overlooked by the spectacular Benbulben Mountain, the 4-star Clayton Hotel Sligo has 162 bedrooms, including 96 superior bedrooms. The Hotel has 6 meeting rooms, accommodating 2 to 600 delegates, all situated in the purpose-built conference centre. We have our busy Bulbens Bar & Bistro & Sinergie Restaurant to cater for our guests.

Objective of the Role Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will assist our successful kitchen team in producing 'Wow' dishes for our guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen. Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards. Follow the talented Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency. Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times. Support fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage. Requirements: Previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role. A passion for and genuine interest in food. A mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members. Ability to work as a team player. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
