Overall Purpose of the Job We are looking to speak with motivated people who are interested in working with a sustainable, well-sourced and planet-focused Catering Company and prepared to offer great food for a weekend service.
The ideal candidate will have a good level of English, a willingness to follow good food practices & show an ability to manage a small team to a high standard in a busy site.
Further Site Specific Training will be given to any successful candidate.
The right candidate will consider some shift flexibility.

Main duties and responsibilities Food Preparation & Service to a high standard Managing a small team Qualifications and Experience Experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
Working Pattern: 2 vacancies full time - Shift work, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours per week.
1 vacancy part-time - Friday to Sunday, 24 hours per weekend.
