Our medium-sized multidisciplinary laboratory provides the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally in the hospital and the wider organisation.
Candidate requirementsCORU-registered (or evidence of application in progress) medical scientist and eligible for Fellowship of the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory MedicineSeven years' experience in a medical laboratory post-qualification, at least four of which were spent in a promotional postDemonstrable mature and effective interaction with senior leadership and management Flexible, collaborative and committed to achievement of team and organisational objectivesPatient-focused and influential with excellent communication skillsKnowledge and experience of compliance with the ISO 15189 International StandardKnowledge and experience of risk managementExperience of JCI hospital accreditation (desirable)
