Childcare Assistant

We are an after school club based and ran by the BOM of Educate Together National School in Dublin 13.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person for a part-time position and a staff relief with experience or knowledge of the Educate Together ethos.
Afternoon hours only.
We are open over midterm breaks and Summer.
We are closed for all BH, week of Christmas, week of Easter and two weeks of August.
RESPONSIBILITIESTo fully supervise the children at all times.To plan, develop and implement age-appropriate activities for all children.To establish and maintain good relationships with the parents of the children you are working with and with your colleagues.To liaise with the parents on a daily basis in a friendly and helpful manner.To properly write and keep records in relation to the children as specified.To work cooperatively as a team member.To implement child behavior management as required.To maintain appropriate confidentiality.
