Cairdeas Community Childcare is recruiting for a Supervisor. This is a part-time permanent position taking into account a good work/life balance.
You will be part of the management team which reports directly to the Board of Management.
Requirements: Minimum QQI level 6 in an accredited Early Years qualification.Minimum 2 years' experience in childcare supervision.Ability to lead and motivate a team of educators through support, guidance, and mentoring.Ability to ensure a safe environment. Relevant knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding practices.Be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing daily operations of the centre to ensure a developmentally appropriate environment for the children, in line with all regulatory requirements.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English.Strong knowledge of the Aistear Curriculum Framework and Siolta Quality Standards.Knowledge of play-based, child-led, emergent curriculum along with the ability to respond to children's individual interests and document learning.Ability to ensure record keeping is up to date: attendance, daily safety checks, organizing CPD training, etc.Full clean Driver's Licence.If you meet the requirements set out above, please send your Curriculum Vitae for the attention of Liz at ******.
