Client Bookkeeper

Job Title: Client Bookkeeper Location: Letterkenny Overview: We are seeking qualified and experienced bookkeepers for several established clients.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records using manual and digital systems.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and payable.
Manage data entry and ensure accurate filing.
Produce monthly financial statements and management reports.
Process VAT returns and weekly payroll.
Provide support on financial queries and liaise with accountants.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAGE, SURF, QuickBooks, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and payroll processing.
Experience producing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational ability.
Relevant qualifications such as Accounting Technician or equivalent are preferred.
Position Details: Part-time and full-time roles available.
