Client Receptionist (Limited Duration)

Role DescriptionThis position is responsible for answering a large volume of external incoming calls while providing high-end quality customer service to our customers located in EMEA.
Receive all related calls from external "SMBC" customers via Webex.
Manage each request in an appropriate manner while communicating with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
