Our client are recruiting for a Client Services Team Leader.
This role will involve managing a small team of client services executives, you will be responsible for delivering 5 star service and coordinating with external clients/visitors / contractors, and ensuring smooth service is provided The important part!
Salary: Up to 43,000 Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Annual Salary Review, Death in Service Benefit, Income Protection, 25 Days Annual Leave Overall Package: 48,000 Hours: 35-hour week, between 08:00 18:00 Duties include, but are not limited to: Teamwork Communicate effectively with peers and the management team, displaying accuracy and attention to detail both in verbal and written communication.
Maintain a strong awareness of business activity and communicate all updates with your team members.
Assist with Catering requirements for meeting Ordering food, Serving T&C, Putting catering from our external provider into meeting rooms.
Communicate effectively with the Client |Coordination Team on new bookings, changes to existing bookings and on any cancellations.
Support the training of new team members Leadership and Management: Identifies appropriate level of reception support, ensuring the needs of the offices are met, conducting recruitment and selection as appropriate.
Execution of ongoing performance management for the office reception team, including leading performance reviews, conducting quarterly 1:1s, and agreeing on objectives for the individuals.
Identifies training and development needs of the reception team and facilitates relevant support needed.
Establish working relationships with the landlord reception team which using your influencing skills to create a seamless experience for clients and external visitors whilst simplifying internal processes.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for reception staff.
Lead performance reviews, set objectives, and support team development.
Foster relationships with building management to ensure seamless experiences for clients and visitors.
Candidate Attributes Previous team leader or supervisor receptionist experience desirable, preferably within a corporate environment or luxury hotel/retail setting Positive can-do' attitude, flexibility, and great work ethic Excellent communication skills Previous management/leadership experience desirable Ability to multi-task Conscientious with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and disciplined Ability to stay calm under pressure Team player Ability to communicate effectively IT literacy in MS packages (Condeco, Outlook, Word; Excel) etc.
