RecruitNet International is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Nurse Practice Development for Nursing Homes based in Co Tipperary, Ireland . Permanent/Full-time Responsibilities Make sure the patient or resident is acknowledged as an individual, and that their comfort, needs, and rights are prioritised when providing care.
Build rapport with patients and residents to support their autonomy, well-informed choices, and evidence-based decision-making.
Ensure the well-being of residents and patients by upholding their rights, privacy, and dignity while providing high-quality care.
Optimise the ability of the patients/residents to exercise personal autonomy and decision-making.
Whenever feasible, involve residents and patients in decision-making processes and support them in preserving their sense of self.
Make sure that any specific communication needs that a patient or resident may have are noted in their individual care plan and shared with the staff.
Assist patients and residents in making decisions regarding their medical needs, and allow their families to participate when appropriate.
Clearly state and represent the patient's or resident's interests in cooperation with the multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements Minimum three years post graduate experience with a minimum of one-year experience at CNM level.
