We are hiring a  Clinical Nurse Manager- Infection Prevention & Control  in a Private Hospital in Galway, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a responsible role model by offering professional leadership and showcasing best practices in infection prevention and control.
Conduct audits, compile reports, and offer feedback to the Consultant Microbiologist and other relevant personnel.  Provide education and guidance to patients, their relatives, and caregivers on specific microorganisms.
Serve as an advocate for patients and staff regarding infection prevention and control issues.
Collaborate with the Cleaning Services Manager and Management Team to monitor clinic hygiene standards.
Develop, update, and deliver education on all policies and guidelines related to Infection Prevention and Control/Decontamination.
