Your responsibilities
Lead pre/post-sales technical enablement, enhancing deal success and customer satisfaction.
Conduct hands-on testing, document custom configurations, and co-author use-case documentation.
Develop/maintain sales tools, provide technical expertise for internal training.
Advocate for the product at events, create engaging content, contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Act as a technical liaison, managing strategic customer relationships.

Job Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience with storage solutions.
2+ years of hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), this includes configuring network, compute and storage.
Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP – huge advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role.
Strong demonstrated experience with complex problem solving
Customer obsession – demonstrated building a strong understanding of customer problems and building capabilities that help resolve their pain points.
Experience operating within globally dispersed teams – advantage
