CNC Milling Operator Salary: €14 - €16 per hour (DOE) Location: Waterford, Ireland Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a leading precision engineering company based in Waterford, seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CNC milling experience with an understanding of CAM software to join a dynamic team committed to quality and excellence, producing high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered parts across various sectors Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining Program, operate, and adjust CNC machines with a focus on precision and quality control Utilise CAM software, ideally Fusion 360, to prepare and optimise machining processes for complex components Monitor and maintain machine performance for consistent quality output Requirements: Proven experience in CNC milling operations Proficiency in CAM software, with Fusion 360 experience highly desirable Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently and independently Why Apply?
