The Duck Terrace Restaurant is located in restored courtyard buildings on the grounds of Marlfield House Hotel outside Gorey in Co Wexford.

If you have one years experience in the hospitality industry, and at least one years experience in cocktails making, mixology and bar tending , coffee making skills (barista), food service skills and a friendly manner this may be the ideal position for Skills Required: Front of house experience, Cocktail making , bar tending, wine knowledge and barista experience, warm and friendly manner, Wine knowledge, food service skills good communication skills Organised approach to work and very high standards of hygiene Duties and Responsibilities: Welcoming and greeting customers Taking drinks orders and preparing same in a timely fashion Coffee making , Barista Table service in the restaurant at quieter times Preparing the bar for service, maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards Service preparation work Preparing guest cheques and processing payments Restocking.
