Tirlán is offering a unique opportunity for a graduate to join our Category team as a Commercial Associate. This role will be Hybrid.

Located in our Abbey Quarter Office, this role reports to the Category Manager and supports the delivery of our Commercial functions.
Responsibilities
• Grow, develop, and manage the relevant key accounts portfolio to meet the short-term and longer-term business and customer needs.
• Work closely with a wide cross-functional team to deliver an exceptionally positive customer experience.
• Manage sales targets and maintain and update forecasts in line with business requirements.
• Contribute towards the collation of market intelligence, lead generation and qualification, and report on the competitive landscape and market pricing information.
• Contribute towards the elaboration of a business strategy and growth plan for the portfolio and for key customers.
• Communication: All relevant customer-facing communications, preparation of internal reports, business development reviews.
Requirements
• High academic record to date and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree in Business or Commerce.
• Passion for sales and desire to grow our business.
• Relevant sales experience through an internship or other related experience.
• Ambition to progress successfully in a career in commercial in an exciting, ever-changing, and challenging environment.
• An internship in a food company and/or a Masters in Food Business is a distinct advantage.
• Thinks commercially and delivers customer-centric solutions.
• Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives.
• Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels.
• Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow.
• Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
• Accessibility to move between production sites is a distinct advantage.
