We have been exclusively retained by our client, who is looking for a Commercial Director to spearhead growth within their Aviation division in Ireland, focused on driving business growth, optimising revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

They deliver top-tier collaborative support for high-value aviation, commercial aircraft, and transportation assets. With the majority of the annual European aircraft leasing market managed by their experienced team, clients can rely on their unmatched scale, extensive reach, and exceptional capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead market expansion initiatives, identifying new partnerships for sustainable growthOversee revenue forecasts and budgets to ensure profitability and align with corporate financial goalsCultivate high-value client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through tailored services for corporate clientsGuide sales teams to achieve targets, foster collaboration, and develop effective business development strategies to secure new clientsDrive branding, marketing, and promotional activities to position the company as a preferred partner in aviation servicesEnsure compliance with aviation regulations and manage risks associated with regulatory, financial, and operational areasMonitor and report on KPIs, analysing commercial performance and market trends to inform executive-level decisionsThe Person: Strong background in commercial roles within aviation, with proven success in driving revenue and market growthStrong leadership skills, adept at guiding and motivating cross-functional teams toward business goalsExpertise in client relations, skilled in managing high-value accounts and delivering tailored solutions for clientsFinancially savvy, experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing to optimise profitability and ensure sustainable growthIn-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and effective risk managementExcellent communicator and negotiator, capable of building partnerships and securing competitive dealsResults-focused, highly analytical, with a track record of using KPIs and market insights to support executive decision-making.
