Commercial Real Estate Administrator - Dublin Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €30k - €33k Contract: 3-month temporary assignment FRS Recruitment is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Administrator to support the day to day operations of a busy Commercial Property team.
Working closely with Asset Managers, you'll ensure systems are maintained, activities are scheduled, and progress is tracked for analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately update systems based on meetings and decisions.
Maintain strong relationships with agents, third parties, and internal teams.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and manage credit files.
Prepare reports, assist with facilities, and general office tasks.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
Skills & Experience: Business degree or equivalent Intermediate Excel skills Experience in financial services or property management (desirable) Knowledge of the Irish property market (desirable) Key Competencies: Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills Customer service and commercial awareness Adaptability and attention to detail The ideal candidate must be available to start immediately and able to commit fully to the 3-month contract.
