Working with a full-service Corporate Law firm advising in the areas of Commercial Law, Property, Employment and Litigation, who are seeking an associate lawyer to join its high-performing Commercial Property team.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of quality commercial property matters supported by experienced partners and senior lawyers allowing you develop the legal expertise to deliver leading services to broad client base.
About Your New Role
• You will advise developers, investors, domestic large corporations, SMEs and high net worth individuals on all commercial real estate matters
• Advising on acquisition and disposal of all types of interests in commercial and residential real estate, development schemes, secured finance and commercial leasing.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide expertise integral to major corporate and property transactions.
What Skills Are Needed
• Qualified Commercial Solicitor
• 4 years relevant experience
• Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong growth mind-set that is open to feedback.
