A highly reputable, global financial services institution is hiring for a Communication Surveillance - Associate Role as part of a growing team.
Responsibilities of the Communication Surveillance AssociateDevelop and implement Compliance Risk Assessment methodologies; maintain the communications surveillance program.Conduct risk assessments, draft investigation summaries, and prepare reports.Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with insider trading rules.Collaborate with teams, conduct Quality Assurance, and support compliance surveillance projects.Experience and Knowledge RequiredFamiliarity with Communication Surveillance and/or MiFID Regulations.Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, and banking.Awareness of the evolving regulatory landscape.Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.Native-level proficiency in English; fluency in Japanese, German, French, or Spanish is a plus.Job DetailsContract Type: FULL_TIME
