Community Employment Scheme Assistant Supervisor Assistant Supervisor Pay Scale  (3 point scale) - €495.30 per week - €570.31 per week  The role is based in Galway city with some travel to Galway city and County  The Role: Supervise and assist in the management of the Ability West's Community Employment Scheme, and to perform all the duties and responsibilities outlined by the Department of Social Protection with regard to the Community Employment Scheme.
Assist in managing the recruitment of suitable participants for Ability West's Community Employment Scheme.
Maintain all records of Ability West's Community Employment Scheme as required by the Department of Social Protection and Ability West.
Desirable Criteria:  Knowledge of Community Employment, in terms of the administration and day running of the CE Scheme Experience in Office Administration, MS Office, computerised accounts and payroll  Skills relevant to people management through previous work experience Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
