Location: Dublin as part of our hybrid working model.
Grade: Contract type: PermA snapshot of your peer group: (Business or HR related degree Numerate and analytical - an accountancy background would be beneficial Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reward/compensation role• Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and multi task in a busy environment, and act on own initiative Impeccable attention to detail is crucial Excellent knowledge of pensions, both defined benefit and defined contribution Advanced MS Excel ( VLOOKUP's, nested formulas) and MS Word is essential Working knowledge of SAP/Success Factors would be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills, drive and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role Strong team player with a can-do attitude and flexible in their approach to work Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
Here is what you can initially expect: Compensation Key role in the salary review, bonus and promotions processes throughout the year - this will include preparation of costings and proposals, data preparation and implementation, including on-line Total Reward Statements Completion of external salary surveys and benchmarking of compensation and benefits with counterparts in similar organisations on an ad hoc basis Working with Finance and IT to process all compensation changes on SAP including salary reviews, sign-on / referral bonuses / salary adjustments on change of contract / working hour changes etc.
Dealing with compensation queries from employees and their relevant performance managers Pension Dealing with pension queries from employees Supporting employees with ensuring their compliance with KPMG's Risk Management Policies on their Pension Fund Liaising with the Risk Management Team on any queries they have with regards to members funds Supporting the Trustees of the firm's pension schemes as required Processing of annual increases to pensioners where relevant Supporting on the long-term illness/disability scheme There are a number of pension related projects upcoming, and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of such projects Auto-enrolment Other Deal with Risk Management queries on C&B related matters, to ensure KPMG's Independence Compliance system (KICS) is updated appropriately Assisting with implementation and ongoing management of new recognition scheme Management of various other activities throughout the year such as the annual Retired Friends Christmas Lunch Involvement with the on-line Flexible Benefits Scheme in particular at the time of the annual enrolment, but also throughout the year Your team: The People Function comprises of over 60 people and is central to the success of the firm.Here's how KPMG can benefit more than just your career: All of our employees are given a benefits package which they can tailor to suit their individual preferences.
