Your Role: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the external communication, social media and content strategies for the Bank, supporting the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager.
Central to your role is the development, delivery and performance optimisation of external communications, that bring our purpose to life, and demonstrate PTSB's brand positioning of `Altogether more human?.
This includes planning, designing, producing and editing high quality visual content including video, photo and graphics for social media and external communication channels.
Your Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the Bank's external communication, social media & content strategies, demonstrating our Brand positioning of `Altogether more human?.
Develop customer focused, insight-led content, leveraging segmentation and key drivers of trust to deliver compelling communications, driving awareness and engagement.
Design, production and editing of high quality, engaging visual content including video, photo and graphics for external communication and social media channels.
Ideation, video capture and creation of visually compelling video content and creative storytelling.
Deliver the communications strategy for the Bank's quarterly consumer research report `Reflecting Ireland?.
Utilise campaign stats, analytics, and insight to inform the strategy for campaign and media planning, optimisation and efficiencies.
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors and agency partners to expand reach and engagement through video content creation for external and social media channels.
Collaborate with the social media and internal communications teams to develop and deliver on the overarching content calendar.
This includes the elevation of our Employee Resource Group campaigns to support its external activation and promote PTSB's employee value proposition.
Work closely with the broader team to develop impactful content applying best practice design principles adapted per channel.
Stay up to date on social media and content trends, and latest platform updates and features, to support in the development and delivery of engaging content.
Understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to measure and manage performance.
Support graphic design team in the direction and development of assets, both video and graphic, for PR, social media, and external communications activities.
Build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships across the Bank to drive engaging and impactful content and communications.
Contribute to the wider team ensuring the joint development of communication and content further enables optimisation of communications strategies.
Ensure inputs from appropriate stakeholders and teams are captured in a seamless and timely manner to meet content and communications requirements.
Requirements: 2+ Years experience in communications campaign development and performance delivery.
Experience in end-to-end visual production capability ?
from ideation, storyboarding, content capture, copywriting, production and editing.
Knowledge of best practice content development to drive brand engagement through social media channels.
Understanding of paid social media advertising and formats.
Experience translating business requirements into engaging content.
Customer focused with the ability to develop insights and turn into actionable compelling communications and media plans.
Creative and ambitious, with a desire to drive and deliver engaging content.
Effective communicator with proven ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and experience working with senior stakeholders.
Flexibility to travel where required for content capture purposes.
This is a permanent position based in PTSB's St. Stephens Green, Dublin.
