Grade: Assistant Contract type: Permanent The Corporate Citizenship Specialist reports to the Head of Corporate Citizenship & Diversity and looks after all KPMG Ireland's volunteering activities, charitable engagements, skills-based volunteering, donation requests, events planning, communication channels and supports the Inclusion, Diversity and Equity agenda.

Here is what you can initially expect: Maintaining and updating all relevant communications including - intranet web pages, external communications, Business Impact Plan, writing news stories/publicity of programmes on EolasProviding support for all the education programmes - Time to Read, Time to Count, Mentor Programme, Junior Achievement, EPIC programme, Doodle Dens, Accountancy Grinds, STEM passport, Career Buddy programme, Fighting Words.Provide support on initiatives such as:Project BrightCharity WalkShoebox AppealOld Folks PartyManage the Volunteering Teams channels and ensuring regular content and ways of engaging the network around the firm.Arrange Team volunteering days for individual business units engaging with organisations including St. Michael's House, Flossie & The Beach Cleaners, Friends of the Elderly and Ronald McDonald HouseTrack all volunteer names, hours, numbers, contributions so we can measure Impact both locally and globally.
Annually we have over 19,000 volunteer hours.Work with key stakeholders such as Children's Books Ireland and Business in the Community Ireland on our various engagements.Assisting with Sustainability campaigns and communications.Supporting our IDE strategy with helping on various events/activities such as the International Day for Persons with Disabilities, Connect@KPMG, IDE Download, etcMaintain all associated payments/invoicing/donations with Accounts PayableHere's how KPMG can benefit more than just your career: All of our employees are given a benefits package which they can tailor to suit their individual preferences.
