Corporate Solicitor, Dublin

Corporate Associate (2 -4 PQE), Dublin BCL Legal is working with a top tier international law firm looking to recruit an associate to join its global corporate team in Dublin.
Applications are sought from corporate solicitors with between 2 -4 years PQE with experience in corporate structuring and reorganisations and FDI. Exposure to a reasonable level of M&A work is also required.
Working for an international firm you will get the opportunity to work on a range of multijurisdictional corporate deals. The role will suit an ambitious solicitor with good academics and good training and post qualification experience, particularly in international corporate structuring and reorganisations.
You'll be reporting to a very highly regarded Partner, who is down to earth and is very connected in the market. The corporate team in Dublin plays a key role in the firm's European offering providing the team's corporate solicitors with the opportunity to advise some of the world's largest companies.
