Creative Associate With Helium Arts Cork

Call for Artists: Become a Creative Associate with Helium Arts in CorkHelium Arts invites applications from multidisciplinary artists with a participatory arts practice and experience working with children and young people to apply for the role of Creative Associate for Helium Arts' Creative Health Hub initiative, to begin in January 2019.
This is a yearlong role, on a part-time basis (25 hours a week with the opportunity for additional paid work).
We are seeking applications from artists who are genuinely committed to developing participatory arts practice with children and young people, which is responsive to the ideas and vision of the patients we are working with, and a deep understanding of creativity and its potential to transform the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of arts and health practice and possess strong administration and relationship building skills.
We are recruiting for two Creative Associate positions – one for Limerick and one for Cork. There will also be a smaller freelance role available in Dublin.
Shortlisted candidates must be available for interview and to attend an interactive workshop on 11 December in Dublin.
