Applications are invited for the post of Customer Care Agent based in our Dublin City Centre HQ.
This role is ideal for people that are target driven and customer focused.
It involves conducting outbound calls and handling inbound calls to and from new customers to promote PhoneWatch values and services in a positive manner.
The successful candidate will be somebody who can work on their own initiative and display an ability to be timely and accurate in the processing of information and who is driven to succeed and not only achieve, but exceed, targets set.
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall departmental delivery of Churn targets and KPI's.
