Customer Service Administrator (B2B)

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Administrator (B2B) for our client in Citywest who is a leader in the FMCG space.
This is a hybrid position and will suit a Customer Service Administrator with strong Excel skills and experience supporting B2B.
Location: Citywest (Free Parking Available) Role type: Full time Permanent Salary: €35K What will I be doing?
Providing a high level of customer service through phone and email Some minor tech support for platform users Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and weekly customer reports Providing administrative support to the Customer Manager Preparing and presenting weekly reports Assisting in tracking and maintaining budgets What is required of me?
Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Service / Administrative position Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail High proficiency in Excel - experience with V-Lookup and Pivot tables would be highly advantageous Full working authorisation in Ireland Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks If you are interested in hearing more about this great opportunity, then don't hesitate to apply today.
