Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at our office in Roscommon.
You will be the important link between our company and current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will enjoy engaging with our customers while effectively selling our products and solving customer needs, concerns and inquiries.
You should be happy to keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Whilst the position we are advertising is full time, we are happy to hear from candidates who may only be available for a shorter work week i.e 3 days/4 days etc.
We offer flexible working hours and the position may be suitable for somebody returning to the workplace.
Responsibilities Work as part of a vibrant team that manages large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers needs, clarify information and take sales orders as required Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile Enjoy selling, upselling and closing transactions Communicate effectively with your colleagues in the office, on the road and in other locations Requirements and skills Previous experience in a customer support role would be an advantage, but full training will be given Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage but is not essential Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Fluent English is required We are a growing and dynamic company and are looking for candidates with a bright outlook, good work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team.
