Job SummaryThe Data and BI Consultant will design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, ensuring integration with Microsoft Fabric.
This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimising data flow for reporting and analytics, and supporting Power BI reporting solutions.
Additionally, the specialist will interact with the Power Platform to enhance business processes where needed.We are seeking candidates based in Limerick or surrounding areas and willing to commute. ResponsibilitiesData Engineering: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring seamless data integration and reliability.Power BI Reporting: Create and optimise data models for real-time reporting, delivering impactful dashboards and insights.Power Platform Interaction: Collaborate on solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Work with directly with client to gather data requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.Data Governance: Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with best practices. Our Ideal CandidateBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field2-5 years experience in a similar roleMicrosoft certifications are desirableExperience as a BI Consultant, Developer, or Product OwnerStrong data modelling, ETL, and problem-solving skills; effective communication for collaboration.Relevant experience with Power BI (required).
