Responsibilities: Daily processing of all software license orders, through to invoicing. Responsible for ensuring all clean orders are processed within Trend Micro's service level agreement to customers. Responsible for maintaining an accurate Customer Database. Liaise with customer service team on a regular basis, escalating order queries. Achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor/Manager. Adherence at all times to Sarbanes Oxley documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements. Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures. May involve other administrative tasks as required and also project work involvement. You are: PC literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to multi-task. Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar). Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable. You have: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar fast-paced multi-cultural environment working against tight deadlines. Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Track record of meeting & exceeding targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. A positive attitude to work. Excellent communication skills. Ability to be a professional team player at all times. Demonstrated clear problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
