We are currently seeking to hire Data Solution Architect practitioner at Associate Director level to join our Dublin Data & AI team.
We are looking for professionals with experience in designing modern data platforms and analytics & AI solutions coupled with strong industry experience and communication skills, who are dedicated to becoming leaders in their field.Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.Grade: Associate DirectorContract type: PermanentWe ideally need you to have most of the following on your CV:7+ years' experience in modern data programs, including Data, Analytics & AI solution design and implementation ideally in larger complex organizations.Experience in designing scalable Data Architectures to meet business goals; including creation of data models, database designs, data warehouses or data lakes to support analytics and business intelligence.Experience in data architectures and services to support structured and unstructured data.Practical experience in Data Integration between new cloud-based data platforms and legacy data systems and working with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and performance.Design and implementation of ETL or other processes to move and transform data between systems and ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.Development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and security standards.Practical experience in Data Security including establishing principals, protocols and standards to secure data architecture.Development of technical blueprints and architecture to support Analytics and AI solutions including models, pipelines and analytics platforms.Development of strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis to support AI and analytics initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Integration of Analytics and AI models into existing systems and workflows.Evaluation and assessment of technologies and tools for data, analytics and AI projects.Curiosity and interest in staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Data and AI technologies and vendor platforms and tools.Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills including communication of complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience in leading the implementation of solution design for data and analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Leading technical resources and mentoring more junior team members.Relevant certification in cloud vendor data platform technology and delivery methods.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
